9900/9900N modified non-asbestos filled PTFE gasket materials are becoming an indispensable sealing solution in many industrial fields due to their excellent chemical resistance, high temperature resistance and sealing performance. For example, in a 98% concentrated sulfuric acid reactor, graphite-filled PTFE gaskets can operate stably for a long time, with a service life of more than 5 years.

In semiconductor manufacturing, 9900/9900N PTFE gasket materials are widely used in etching gas pipelines and clean room pipeline interfaces due to their high purity (metal ion content <1ppb) and ultra-clean characteristics. This material is SEMI F57 certified and can meet the strict requirements of the semiconductor industry for sealing materials. In addition, its application in EUV lithography ensures the sealing of the vacuum chamber under extremely low pressure (10⁻¹⁰ Pa·m³/s).

With the development of hydrogen energy technology, the application of 9900/9900N PTFE gasket materials in high-pressure hydrogen environments has also made breakthroughs. Carbon fiber reinforced PTFE gaskets can achieve a cycle life of more than 5,000 times under a hydrogen pressure of 70MPa, showing excellent durability and sealing performance.

In addition to chemicals and semiconductors, 9900/9900N PTFE gasket materials are also widely used in food processing, pharmaceuticals, aerospace and other fields. For example, in food processing equipment, its non-toxic and odorless properties ensure food safety; in the pharmaceutical industry, medical-grade PTFE gaskets are USP Class VI certified and can withstand steam sterilization at 121°C.
